Just two days before Navratri, the grand festival of Gujarat, a bomb blast kills seven people at Kankariya lake. During investigation, police receives a floppy with nursery rhymes of well-known Gujarati poet, Late Shree Ramesh Parekh. Sketches are prepared based on the information provided by the security guard.

Following this incident, throughout those nine days celebration of the festival, instances of more blast threats come to the knowledge of the police, but are handled successfully by the latter as they suspect and nab the local goons of the city. The city and its people are somehow protected from these blast instances.

Dy. SP. Bhavya is in charge of the case and works in line with the CM of the state, Abhay Shukla, who also happens to be her college friend. Investigation leads her to some suspects and directs her attention to her own college, specifically History teacher, Prof.Bakshi. The latter coordinates and cooperates with her on the matter by decoding the nursery rhymes that gives lead to the crime.

Meanwhile an attack happens on the CM as well and questions are raised on the security of the city and its people. Misunderstandings take place between Abhay and Bhavya in the aftermath of the incident. A few more occurrences, complaints and change in the behaviour of Prof.Bakshi raise Bhavya’s suspicion and she pledges to protect the city being true to her duty.
